2. Description of Service

Clacks is an email bridging service that:

Connects your POP3/IMAP email accounts to Gmail
Forwards incoming emails from external accounts to your Gmail inbox
Enables you to send emails from your external addresses through Gmail
Provides routing rules and filters for email management

The Service requires you to authorize access to your email accounts through secure authentication methods.

3. Account Registration and Security

3.1 Account Creation

To use the Service, you must:

Provide accurate and complete registration information
Maintain the accuracy of your account information
Create a strong, unique password
Keep your login credentials confidential

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for:

All activities that occur under your account
Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access
Enabling two-factor authentication when available
Maintaining the security of connected email accounts

We strongly recommend enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) for enhanced security.

3.3 Account Termination

You may delete your account at any time through your account settings. We may suspend or terminate your account if you:

Violate these Terms
Engage in fraudulent or illegal activities
Abuse the Service or its resources
Fail to pay applicable fees (if any)

4. Acceptable Use Policy

4.1 Permitted Uses

You may use the Service for:

4.2 Prohibited Uses

You agree NOT to use the Service to:

You are solely responsible for the content of emails processed through the Service. We do not monitor, filter, or take responsibility for email content, except as required by law.

5. Third-Party Services

5.1 Gmail Integration

The Service integrates with Gmail through Google's OAuth 2.0 authentication. By connecting your Gmail account, you:

Authorize us to access your Gmail for sending and receiving emails
Agree to comply with Google's Terms of Service
Acknowledge that Google's Privacy Policy applies to your Gmail data

5.2 External Email Providers

When connecting POP3/IMAP accounts, you:

Confirm you have authorization to access those accounts
Accept that we store encrypted credentials to maintain connections
Understand that the reliability of external providers affects the Service

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

Techster Dynamics SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU (IF ANY) IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM
WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR LOSSES CAUSED BY THIRD-PARTY SERVICES, INCLUDING EMAIL PROVIDERS

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Techster Dynamics and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

Your use of the Service
Your violation of these Terms
Your violation of any third-party rights
Content you transmit through the Service

12. Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Techster Dynamics is registered, without regard to conflict of law principles.
